As an aside: the diluteness can be characterized as eta*s^3 / volume. In a delta distribution of 6um, that comes out to (13e12* 6e-6^3)/(4e-3^3)=43875. As discussed, we need to drop eta appropriately.
If eta is 13e12 #/m^3, then for a 4mm edge length, #=832000.
832000*6e-6^3/4e-3^3=.0028, which is properly dilute. We will need to do this going forward.

possible sus or pdTdt error.

recopied sus, same error
fixed pdTdt, recompiling.

Looks like particle id 281483566776320 is the central particle.
Questions for Ravi- why do we need ghost cells?
Why does ghost cells generate 27 particles? I guess 26 are ghost particles....check this with ravi.
Looks like a non-uniaxial stress state. will modify to drop other stresses.
